Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an RN to provide comprehensive direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, in a high-performing hospital environment. The role emphasizes patient-focused care and collaboration with the healthcare team.

The successful candidate will hold a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree, a valid RN license, and may have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with 2+ years of experience; no prior experience required is acceptable
