Job summary

RANDYS MOTOR CLUB INC is hiring a Tow Truck Driver to respond to roadside emergencies, assist stranded motorists, recover vehicles, and perform basic invoicing in the field. You will maintain proper documentation and handle payments as needed.

The ideal candidate has tow truck operation experience, a clean driving record, a valid state license, and strong communication skills to coordinate with clients in dynamic roadside situations.

Qualifications

• Must hold the proper license to operate a tow truck in the state.
• Has a clean driving record and can exhibit safe driving skills.
• Experience with basic roadside assistance, such as changing a tire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside emergencies within a designated area
• Professionally and accurately assist the client by doing minor repairs, or recovering the vehicle and bringing it to a designated location
• Maintain the tow truck and all of your equipment to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain excellent records of calls responded to
• Write and present invoices to clients in the field and accept payment as needed
