Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs activities of nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates duties appropriately and coordinates the healthcare team's activities.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
