MemorialCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night Shift in the Emergency Services department in Laguna Hills, CA. The role involves providing safe patient care, directing Patient Care Technician activities, and collaborating with the care team to meet treatment plans and outcomes.

Qualified candidates have a California RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, NIHSS, and prefer BSN. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available to external hires meeting criteria.

Qualifications

• One-year acute care experience in Emergency and/or Critical Care nursing preferred.
• Electronic Medical Record experience preferred.
• Current California RN License required.
• Current BLS Card required.
• Current ACLS Card required.
• Current PALS Card required.
• NIHSS Certification required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care in a safe and effective manner in the Emergency Services department.
• Direct Patient Care Technician activity and coordinate care as needed.
• Assess patients, plan interventions and implement MD orders.
• Document and evaluate care per unit standards.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and quality.
• Demonstrate professional accountability and core values in daily practice.
