Job summary

Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care through the nursing process and coordinate comprehensive patient care with the physicians and care team.

We require 0–2 years of acute care experience, active RN license in Alabama, and BLS certification; ACLS/PALS are preferred. The RN will administer medications, support emergency procedures, educate families, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing in acute care required
• Current RN license in Alabama or compact state
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process
• Assess patients and document findings promptly
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency
