CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Emergency Services at Mercy Hospital of Folsom to provide holistic, safe, confidential care from admission to discharge. • 1–3 years of emergency nursing in an acute care setting as an RN.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of California.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assessment: Performs total body and system assessment each shift according to unit standards.
• Care of Patient: Planning, implementing, evaluating and educating.
• Clinical/Technical Skills: Utilizes technology, procedures, standards and interventions specific to unit.
• Documentation: Legible, timely and accurate documentation; proficient with the documentation system.
• Leadership: Accepts responsibility and direction from leadership; mentors staff.
• Precepting/Mentoring: Helps orient new staff and mentors students; serves as a resource to staff.
