• PALS within 1 year.
• ACLS within 1 year.
• TNS within 3 years.
• BLS within 30 days.
• RN license to practice in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Promotes evidence-based nursing using the nursing process and protocols.
• Assesses patient status via interview, observation and physical exam.
• Develops individualized care plans with patient/family and health care team.
• Evaluates and documents patient progress toward goals and updates plan accordingly.
