Kaiser Permanente in West Linn, Oregon seeks a Registered Nurse with ED experience to provide and coordinate care for patients. Under supervision, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, collaborating with care teams and discharge planning.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program, an RN license, and the Kaiser ED internship or 1 year ED experience. Bachelors degree in nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum nine (9) months of RN experience.
• One (1) year of current ED experience or completion of Kaiser Permanente New Grad Internship Program in the ED.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, direct, provide and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Coordinate care activities with other hospital and clinic departments and community agencies.
• Develop patient teaching plans and document on care or teaching plans.
• Delegate patient care activities based on patient condition and scope of practice.
• Initiate measures per protocol for medical/surgical patients and document care.
• Evaluate assessment methods and patient responses; participate in QA activities.
