Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate multi-system assessments and discharge planning needs.
• Develop individualized nursing plans of care and coordinate with hospital departments.
• Initiate measures per protocol and document care in the EMR; correct administration of medications.
• Evaluate patient responses to treatment and participate in unit quality assurance.
