Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS is required prior to start date of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide care coordination across the continuum with providers and care team members.
• Assess and support physical symptoms and provide psychological support to patients and families.
• Mentor assigned team members and promote best practices within the unit.
