This leading healthcare organization in Los Angeles is seeking an Emergency RN Director to take the helm of a dynamic Emergency Department known for its high standards and exceptional patient care. The Emergency RN Director reports directly to the CNO and oversees a dedicated team of nurses, techs, and support staff. You’ll work closely with top-tier physicians, hospital leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless operations and outstanding patient outcomes.

The Emergency Department sees approximately 45 visits daily, serving a diverse patient population across all age groups. This is a high-energy, fast-paced unit where teamwork and adaptability are key. As the Emergency RN Director, you’ll lead a skilled group of professionals, from seasoned RNs to exceptional techs, all united by a shared passion for emergency medicine.

The Emergency RN Director will drive clinical excellence through staff development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practices. On the administrative side, you’ll manage budgets, optimize staffing, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while fostering strong relationships with physicians and hospital leaders.
