Scripps Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in La Jolla, CA. This full-time role involves 12-hour shifts within a Level I trauma and MICN-supported ED, with opportunities for advanced training and involvement in critical care pathways.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California.
• Experience in emergency department care.
• MICN training or certification desired.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Providing direct patient care within the scope of your practice.
• Assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care, and evaluating patients' progress toward outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
• RN takes primary responsibility for patient care as delivered by the Care Team under supervision.
