Job summary

atiexternal is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to join a team delivering emergency services and contents restoration. The role requires after-hours and weekend response in accordance with EPA/OSHA standards and safe handling of hazardous materials.

You will restore properties, monitor environmental conditions, document processes, and ensure compliance. Strong physical ability and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 2-4 years of restoration experience (water/fire) preferred.
• IICRC Water Restoration certification is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Restore residential and commercial properties to dry standards promptly.
• Monitor and document temperature and humidity at job sites.
• Set up emergency equipment and prepare contents for storage.
• Create containment and drying chambers as needed.
• Clean, HEPA vacuum, and disinfect contaminated areas.
• Complete site documentation: moisture maps, field logs, photos/videos.
• Follow safety rules and site safety plans; wear protective gear.
• Operate routinely used restoration tools/equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Work at high elevations using ladders/scaffolding.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
