Job summary

PuroClean of Newtown Square is seeking a Project Manager to lead production crews and manage job assignments in our emergency property restoration operations. You will coordinate with the GM/Owner, supervise scheduling, ensure safety, and keep costs within the established rate while delivering world-class service during customers' times of need.

As part of a ‘One Team’ culture, you will document progress, monitor files, and maintain clear communication with office staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling equipment, asset and financial management on-site.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and ability to enforce them on site and while traveling.
• Aptitude for record keeping and clear communication of information.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities among teammates and coach for improvement.
• Proven strength in building lasting client and teammate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage production processes and oversee customer needs.
• Coordinate jobs with production crews and report to GM/Owner.
• Oversee scheduling and cost control to meet budget.
• Ensure orderly job sites and adherence to policies.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and supervisors.
• Maintain equipment and product cleanliness to high standards.
• Represent the brand and maintain customer satisfaction.
