Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead emergency services and contents restoration projects in Wilmington, Delaware. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to EPA/OSHA guidelines, and coordination with teams to restore properties efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in construction/restoration, valid driver's license, and the ability to work after hours for emergencies; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
• 2-4 years of construction/restoration experience on water/fire damage.
• IICRC Water Restoration certification is a plus.
• Able to pass OSHA/HAZWOPER medical clearance and drug screening.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Restore residential and commercial properties to dry standards promptly.
• Monitor and document temperature and humidity at job sites.
• Set up emergency services equipment and prepare contents for storage.
• Regularly set up containment areas and drying chambers.
• Clean, HEPA vacuum, and disinfect contaminated areas and work spaces.
• Complete job site documentation including moisture maps and logs.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective gear on site.
• Operate and maintain assigned tools and equipment.
• Perform work at heights using ladders or scaffolding.
