ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking an ES Technician to perform emergency services and contents restoration nationwide. Responsibilities include packing contents, on-site cleaning, HVAC deodorization, and hazardous waste handling. The role requires travel and overtime, with adherence to EPA/OSHA safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, 2–4 years construction experience, and strong communication skills. Bilingual ability is a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of Construction experience, water/fire damage, contents handling, environmental experience, and hazardous waste preferred.
• Must be willing to travel and work overtime, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; ability to follow directions.
• Good communication skills and commitment to safety policy.

Responsabilidades

• Pack customers' contents.
• Perform general on-location cleaning and HVAC cleaning/deodorization.
• Assist with inventory of site contents; set up emergency services equipment.
• Prepare contents for storage and lift items into storage.
• Environment remediation including removal/disposal of hazardous waste (asbestos, lead, PCBs).
• Demolition: assess damage, remove debris and damaged materials.
• Adhere to EPA, OSHA and local safety requirements; workplace may be dirty, dusty, noisy, hazardous.
