Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking an ES Technician to perform emergency services and contents restoration nationwide, following EPA and OSHA requirements.

Duties include packing contents, on-site cleaning, HVAC cleaning and deodorization, site contents inventory, and preparing items for storage.

Travel is frequent; must have a High School Diploma and 2–4 years construction experience; willingness to work overtime and holidays; bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of Construction experience, working on water/fire damage, assisting with contents, environmental experience, and hazardous waste preferred.
• Must be willing to travel and work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic with the ability to follow directions
• Good communication skills and commitment to company safety policy are a must.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pack customers' contents.
• General on-location cleaning.
• HVAC cleaning and deodorization of facilities.
• Assisting with the inventory of site contents.
• Set up of emergency services equipment, preparing contents for storage, and lifting items into storage.
• Environmental Remediation -- removal and disposal of hazardous waste such as asbestos, lead, PCBs, and other hazardous materials.
• Demolition -- assessment of damaged areas to determine what can be restored or returned to operation, then, removal of charred/wet debris and structural materials.
• Adhere to EPA, OSHA, and local requirements regarding safety and hazardous materials handling.
