Job summary

LEMOINE is seeking reliable, safety-focused individuals for Emergency Response Logistics Support as Traffic Controllers in disaster response locations in Louisiana. Seasonal deployments may require travel on short notice, with deployments potentially lasting several days to weeks or more.

Candidates must be ready to deploy within 24–72 hours of notification and work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in traffic control, logistics, or emergency response preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied environments and to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic into and out of POD areas.
• Manage vehicle flow to prevent congestion.
• Mark serviced vehicles per site procedures.
• Ensure safety of vehicle and pedestrian traffic at the site.
• Communicate clearly with team and follow supervisor instructions.
• Assist with light logistical support as needed.
• Remain aware of surroundings and adapt to conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
