Job summary

The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, seeks reliable Traffic Controllers for Emergency Response Logistics Support Reservists Cadre to manage vehicle flow at PODs during disaster operations.

These seasonal deployments may last several days to weeks with short-notice travel (24–72 hours). You must be able to stand, walk, lift, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as required to support emergency response efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in traffic control, logistics, or emergency response preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions; flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic into and out of POD areas.
• Maintain flow to prevent congestion.
• Mark serviced vehicles as needed.
• Ensure safety of vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
• Communicate clearly with team and follow supervisor instructions.
• Provide light logistical support as needed.
• Stay aware of surroundings and adapt to conditions.
