The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, is seeking dependable Security Officers for Emergency Response Logistics Support Reservists Cadre Team in Louisiana. You will monitor access, patrol perimeters, and maintain a safe environment at deployment sites during emergency operations.

These are seasonal deployments that may last several days to weeks, with travel on short notice. Candidates must deploy within 24–72 hours, endure outdoor conditions, and work irregular hours including nights,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security or related field preferred.
• Must be alert, physically capable and calm under pressure.
• Able to deploy on short notice.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and control access to emergency response sites.
• Conduct perimeter checks and security patrols.
• Observe and report suspicious activity and safety concerns.
• Enforce safety protocols and site regulations.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with team leads or law enforcement.
• Support crowd control during high-activity periods.
• Provide security coverage for logistical operations and assets.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
