ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley in Wisconsin is seeking a Shop Manager to oversee emergency response logistics, fleet, equipment, and inventory. You will ensure safe vehicles, functional gear, and rapid deployment readiness for 24/7 operations.

The role requires proactive problem solving, strong mechanical aptitude, and organizational skill to manage a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse management, fleet coordination, or facility maintenance.
• Mechanical aptitude to repair small engines, electrical appliances, or general machinery.
• Proficiency with computers, inventory management software, Microsoft Excel, and email.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). IICRC certifications (WRT/FSRT) are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventative maintenance, inspections, and scheduling for the fleet.
• Test, repair, and troubleshoot restoration equipment and tools.
• Oversee stock levels, procurement, and rapid job staging.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well organized with proper safety practices.
