Job summary

Clean Harbors in Cloquet, MN is seeking a Field Service Project Manager to lead large-scale emergency response projects at customer sites. You will coordinate with team members, supervisors, and the Branch Manager to ensure safe and effective cleanup, remediation, and equipment decontamination.

This role requires about 50% travel across the United States for emergency response projects. Travel expenses are covered, per diem is offered, and the start includes paid training Academy out of state.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of environmental field service operations experience.
• Strong environmental remediation background and experience.
• Emergency response supervisor training and/or Marine Spill Response training preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulation.
• Cost estimation and computer experience.
• In-depth knowledge of remedial technologies and Emergency Response experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority by following policies and acting safely at all times.
• Manage and oversee projects involving waste site cleanup, decontamination and demolition.
• Prepare proposals with cost estimates, work scopes, and schedules.
• Build relationships with key customers and understand their issues.
• Provide timely and concise information to leadership and teams.
• Support proposal preparation, cost estimates, and subcontractor selection.
• Enforce Health & Safety policies; coordinate with safety leadership.
• Perform other duties as needed by management and Clean Harbors.
