Job summary

Environmental Restoration LLC seeks an Emergency Response Environmental Technician based in La Porte, TX to assist with hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, equipment decontamination and handling of hazardous materials. The role requires 24/7 on‑call availability and a 60‑minute response window to the Denver office.

Qualifications

• Experience with hazardous wastes and emergency response procedures.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and PPE.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following PROS – Pause, Review, Observe, Start.
• Performs non-emergency and emergency response activities with hazardous materials.
• Performs labor intensive activities in all weather conditions throughout the shift.
• Works in atmospheres with low clearances, confined spaces and at heights.
• Works with and around light and heavy equipment including skid steers, forklifts, pressure washer.
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Warehouse maintenance, stock supplies, building maintenance.
• The applicant must be available for emergency response work after-hours and on weekends.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Have an excellent driving history! (Mandatory)
• Ability to work 24/7 365 and respondwithin 60 minutes to Denver office.
