Job summary

TSMC is seeking Emergency Response Coordinators to join our Phoenix-area team onsite. You will protect employees and visitors in a high-tech manufacturing setting, monitor life safety systems, respond to emergencies, and lead drills and training.

The role requires strong independence and teamwork, 3+ years of safety audit experience, OSHA 30 a plus, proficiency with MS Office, and flexibility to work day, swing, or night shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; an Associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years safety audit experience.
• OSHA 30 hr. training a plus.
• Comfortable addressing safety issues with contractors/vendors/TSMC employees.
• Must be able to work independently and also with a team.
• Must be able to work compressed and/or varying work shifts (day, swing, and night shift).
• Able to comprehend and follow written policies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word/Excel/Power Point.
• Able to work effectively under pressure or in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment for employees and visitors in a high-tech manufacturing facility.
• Monitor site life safety systems and alarms; respond to emergencies as needed.
• Plan, conduct, and evaluate emergency drills and training sessions.
• Support and coordinate the site Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• Conduct safety audits and inspections across facilities.
• Interface with employees, contractors, and visitors to enforce safety policies.
