Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC)
General Manager or Owner
ERCs work with owners, adjusters, Project Managers, First Responders, and Community Leaders after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to help our customers receive the highest quality care as they transition from chaos to calm. As an ERC, you need to think quickly but in a controlled manner to ensure the property owner that you can take care of their property. ERCs are dynamic speakers and comfortable when interacting in both one-on-one and group settings.

Serving others in their time of need is not easy. We will need you to build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and sign mitigation work to stabilize and secure the structure and prevent further damage to the property. The ERC will develop a positive and trusting relationship with the property owner.
Before You Can Take the Field: Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
