Reports To: General Manager or Owner
ERCs work with owners, adjusters, Project Managers, First Responders, and Community Leaders after traumatic events such as fires or floods to help our customers receive the highest quality care as they transition from chaos to calm. As an ERC, you need to think quickly but in a controlled manner to reassure property owners that you can take care of their property. ERCs are dynamic speakers comfortable interacting in both one-on-one and group settings.
