Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency.
• Demonstrated clinical competence in psychiatric emergency evaluation.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric evaluations for emergency department patients.
• Manage psychiatric emergencies including agitation and suicidality.
• Document all required legal and regulatory paperwork.
