Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a devoted team member to support nursing staff by providing basic patient care during the night shift. The role involves gathering patient information and reporting changes to the nursing team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days.
• Preferred: EMT, PCA, Nurse Assistant experience, or completion of fundamentals of nursing for nursing students.
• Excellent verbal and written communication & strong time management are essential.

Job Description

• Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff.

Education

• Required: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Preferred: Previous experience as EMT, PCA, Nurse Assistant, or completion of 'fundamentals of nursing' for nursing students
