Job summary

Paul Davis in the United States seeks an entry-level Technician to join our field services team, responding to emergency property damage and performing restoration tasks. You will assess damage, perform cleaning, and coordinate with customers and management while upholding our core values.

The role requires physical capability (lift 60 lbs), valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in hazardous environments.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).
• Must pass background and DMV review.
• MUST have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Work safely in damaged residential and commercial properties (fire, water, storm).
• Survey damage and record items affected in the property.
• Clean contents and structural damage as part of the restoration process.
• Represent the company professionally with customers and management.
• Complete required training courses as directed.
• Understand and live the Core Values of the company.
• Be willing to respond to emergency and travel requirements.
• Participate in On-Call rotation and promote safety culture.
