Qualifications

• Entry-level or 6–12 months experience in construction, labor, or restoration.
• IICRC WRT & ASD certification (preferred) or willingness to earn it within 12 months.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to lead, train, and inspire others.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs., climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Available for rotating on‑call shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond on‑site to water, mold, and storm damage emergencies.
• Perform mitigation services including demo, extraction, drying, and cleanup under supervision.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment.
• Communicate with ESC on job progress and field updates.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers on‑site.
