This is a true training program — not a sink‑or‑swim ER role.

The Veterinary Emergency Mentorship Program

Our program is built specifically for:

• New graduates
• GP veterinarians transitioning into ER
• Doctors wanting stronger emergency surgical skills

What You’ll Receive

• Structured One‑on‑One Mentorship — Weekly meetings with experienced emergency veterinarians for case review, skill development, and confidence building.
• Guided Case Management — Hands‑on emergency case experience with real‑time support — you are never alone.
• Soft Tissue Emergency Surgery Training — Develop proficiency in emergency procedures including GDVs, C‑sections, exploratory surgeries, and wound management.
