Job summary

Sound Physicians is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join a close-knit team at Covenant Hospital in Levelland, TX. The role emphasizes delivering rapid, evidence-based care in a rural ED with seven beds and a Level IV designation.

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible in emergency medicine or family/internal medicine with emergency medicine experience.
• Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Texas.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality patient care to a rural emergency department with 7 ED beds, an average of 6,400 annual visits, and Level IV trauma designation.
• Manageable workload averaging 1 patient per hour.
• Use EPIC as the electronic medical record system.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to every patient, every time.
• Bring your expertise and innovation to foster lasting relationships with our hospital partners.
• Lead in quality, helping our hospital achieve excellence across the ED care experience.
