Finley Hospital has been part of the Dubuque community for over 130 years, providing compassionate, quality healthcare. It has evolved from a physician-led residential facility to a 126-bed hospital and a regional healthcare system including clinics and home services.

• Join a team of experienced physicians, APPs, and support staff with excellent patient outcomes.
• PRN Emergency Medicine opportunity.
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR for care coordination.

Responsibilities

• 12-hour shifts.
• Average of 74 patients per day.
• Annual visit volume: 20,000-25,000.
• 16 private treatment rooms, including trauma, behavioral health, and gynecology rooms.
• Work as part of a team to improve community health.
• Patient-focused, friendly, and collaborative approach.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible scheduling for work/life balance.

Qualifications

• MD/DO.
• Board Eligible or Certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Current and unrestricted authority to prescribe medications.
• Eligible to work in the US (H1-B cap exempt).
