Job description

Group is seeking to hire an additional BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician to join their talented team in northern Texas.

Highlights:

1. Turnaround time to disposition typically 2 to 3 hours with 2pph average
2. 10-hour 6 MD shifts with scribes available
3. 30-hour APP coverage in fast track
4. Four full-time nocturnists with minimal overnight shifts
5. Attached CDU run by senior APPs with physician backup
6. Epic EMR
7. No psych holds and 24-hour ER social work who can place patients directly to nursing homes
8. Excellent relationship with hospitalist group who admits everything with no pushback
9. Current or in-process Texas license preferred
