Job summary

Life Savers Emergency Room in Houston seeks experienced Emergency Room Physicians for our freestanding locations across the Houston area. We offer a low-volume clinical environment with flexible ER schedules to suit your rhythm.

Full-time and part-time opportunities, about 8 shifts per month full-time and 4 per month part-time, plus bonuses for Critical Care and Observation Care to boost earnings. Join a supportive team at Life Savers ER locations in Willowbrook, Heights, Summerwood and Sugar

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited residency program.
• Active Texas medical license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications.
• Emergency medicine experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in freestanding ER or urgent care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high-quality patient care in a low-volume freestanding ER setting.
• Utilize flexible scheduling to manage shifts across multiple Houston-area locations.
• Deliver compassionate care and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.
• Contribute to a high standard of emergency medical services across Life Savers Emergency Room locations.

Job description

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Emergency Room Physicians to join our team across our Houston-area freestanding emergency room locations.

This opportunity is ideal for physicians looking for a flexible ER position in a low-volume clinical environment, allowing you to provide attentive, high-quality patient care without the consistently heavy patient volume often associated with traditional hospital emergency departments.

In addition to competitive shift compensation, physicians have the opportunity to earn additional bonuses during their shifts, including Critical Care and Observation Care bonuses, providing added earning potential based on the care provided.

• Low patient volume compared with many traditional hospital emergency departments
