WellSpan Health’s York Hospital invites a board-certified or eligible emergency medicine physician to join its Department of Emergency Medicine in York, PA. As a Level 1 Regional Resource Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center, the hospital serves a broad catchment with advanced ICU, imaging, and EMS capabilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Emergency Medicine residency completed.
• Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of York Hospital.
• Credentialing for core procedures required.
• Certification as Emergency Medical Commander preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join York Hospital's Department of Emergency Medicine as EM physician.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and residents.
• Engage in teaching and supervision of residents and fellows.
• Participate in academic opportunities including research and EMS integration.
