Job description

StaffMED Health Partners is proud to partner with a leading Level II Trauma Center in Independence, MO, to assist in the search for full-time Emergency Medicine Physicians. This facility is also preparing to open a freestanding emergency department (FSED) in Fall 2025, offering additional opportunities for emergency medicine professionals.

Position Overview

• Board certification: ABEM/AOBEM required
• Annual volume: 65,000 patient visits
• Facility: 42-bed emergency department with a 24/7 Rapid Care Unit
• Coverage:-60 hours of daily physician coverage (10-hour shifts)
• 58 hours of APP coverage Monday - Friday
• 48 hours of APP coverage Saturday - Sunday
• Missouri medical licensure required
