TeamHealth is excited to offer a full-time emergency medicine (EM) physician opportunity at Midland Memorial Hospital, a 272-bed, not-for-profit facility in Midland, Texas. Accredited by The Joint Commission and a level III trauma center, Midland Memorial provides comprehensive services including emergency care, surgery, and women’s and children’s health.
Emergency Department Snapshot:

• 43-bed emergency department
• Annual volume of 56,000 patients
• 40 hours of physician coverage daily
• 40 hours of advanced practice clinician (APC) coverage daily

This community-based hospital collaborates with urgent care centers and surgical facilities to ensure high-quality patient care.
Opportunity Details:

• Start date: September 1, 2025
• Practice model: independent contractor (1099)
• Compensation: competitive hourly rate plus productivity-based earnings
• Sign-On Bonus: available for full-time providers
• Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage
