Job summary

Caduceus Medical Recruitment is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join a well-established, high-volume emergency department within a large integrated healthcare system. This opportunity offers strong clinical support, a collaborative environment, and highly desirable schedules.

Physicians will work in a high-acuity ED with robust specialty backup, multidisciplinary care, and opportunities to teach medical students and residents, with flexible block-time

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Experience in a high-volume ED setting is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a high-volume, high-acuity setting.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute emergencies.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams for patient care coordination.
• Participate in shift-based scheduling with structured time off.
• Utilize diagnostic and support services to deliver efficient patient care.
• Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers in fast-track and ED settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and department development.
• Optional involvement in teaching and mentorship of trainees.
