Providence Medical Group is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our established team serving two hospitals—St. Joseph Hospital and Redwood Memorial—in Eureka, California. Our EDs see over 50,000 patients yearly and provide Level III trauma care with full support services.

New graduates are welcome. We offer overnight shifts, flexible scheduling, on-site labs, and a competitive total compensation package ranging from $376,152 to $471,240 per year, plus a sign-on bonus and relocation

Providence Medical Group is looking for an Emergency Medicine Physician to join an established team in one of the most beautiful areas in Northern California. Our local group covers two hospitals, St. Joseph Hospital and Redwood Memorial. St. Joseph’s is a Level III Trauma Center with General surgery, Orthopedics, OB, Pediatrics, and Neurosurgery support that boasts 20 patient beds and a designated trauma team. Redwood Memorial is a critical access hospital with 8 patient beds, located 15min south of Eureka. Between our two emergency departments we treat more than 50,000 patients per year. The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
