Providence in Eureka, CA seeks a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a collaborative OB/GYN team on a 1.0 FTE basis. The role offers a rotating Monday–Friday schedule, five weeks of paid time off, comprehensive benefits, and potential for PSLF.

Salary range starts at $169,714 and goes up to $214,629 for full-time service. Requirements include AMCB certification, active DEA, CA RN/ARNP license, and graduation from an accredited Nurse Midwifery program.

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
