Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant (PA) for locum tenens support in Pennsylvania. Start date ASAP. The role requires Board Certified EM, active Pennsylvania license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, DEA, and stroke certification. EPIC EMR is used.

Shifts include 7p-7a, 7a-7p, 1p-7p or 10a-10p with 4–6 shifts per month; pay range $97–$105 per hour; malpractice insurance and travel/lodging coordination provided.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Emergency Medicine.
• Active PA license in Pennsylvania.
• DEA registration required.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS experience/certification.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR.

This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant (PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & Requirements For This Opportunity

• Volume: 2 per hour
• Schedule: 7p-7a, 7a-7p, 1p-7p or 10a-10p, 4-6 shifts per month
• Backups available: Yes
• Electronic Medical Record: EPIC
• Certifications required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) through American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Active Pennsylvania Medical License
• Must be Stroke Certified
