Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a full-time physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join the emergency medicine team at Baptist Medical Center South and Baptist Medical Center East in Montgomery, AL.

The role offers an extended orientation in a collaborative, fast-paced ED. Alabama NP/PA licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required or encouraged, with strong emphasis on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Alabama NP or PA license in good standing.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications must be maintained.
• EM clinicians with experience preferred; new graduates with interest are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced ED.
• Collaborate with physicians and ED staff to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing EM training and education.
