Job summary

Integrative Emergency Services seeks an Emergency Medicine physician to join the St. Luke's Health Emergency Room in Pasadena. The role offers 24-hour shifts, with potential 1099 or W2 arrangements, and focuses on high-quality acute care in a 5-bed ED.

The candidate should be BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with ER experience and hold a Texas medical license or have the ability to obtain one. Daily patient volume ranges from 10 to 15, with direct transfer agreements in place.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with ER experience.
• Texas medical license (or ability to obtain) required.
• ER board status and hospital privileges needed for 24-hour coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour ER coverage as the single physician on shift.
• Manage a daily volume of 10–15 patients with a balance of admitted transfers.
• Operate within a 5-bed ED and maintain patient flow and safety.
