Job summary

Integrative Emergency Services, LLC seeks a full-time emergency physician to join the team at St. Luke's Patients Medical Center in Pasadena, TX. The role offers a choice of W2 or 1099 engagement and includes 24-hour ED coverage with hospitalist admissions coordination.

Hospital specialties include orthopedics, general surgery, cardiology, GI, neurology, and OB/GYN. A Texas medical license or ability to obtain one is required, with a strong benefits package and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in Texas or able to obtain license.
• Experience in emergency department care preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital ED environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine coverage in the ED (24 hours).
• Collaborate with hospitalists for admissions and transfers.
• Utilize imaging services (X-ray, CT, MRI) and coordinate patient care.
• Support hospital departments with urgent patient needs.

Emergency Department:

• Physician Coverage: 24 hours
• APP Coverage: None
• PPH: 1.30
• Admissions by: Hospitalists
• Transfer Rate: 3%
• ED Beds: 11
• Hospital Beds: 61
• Imaging: Xray, CT, MRI, Fluoro
• 24 hour cath lab
• Specialists on Staff: Orthopedics, General Surgery, Cardiology, Hospitalists, GI, Neurology, Ob/Gyn
