Epic is the EMR, and you will work with NP/PA coverage to ensure efficient patient care. The role requires ACLS/ATLS/BLS certifications, and AMN provides malpractice insurance with travel and lodging arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine care in a high-volume ED.

• Annual volume: 14,000 annuals
• Physician shift times: 14-16 shifts per month; Day and Night Shifts for July, Ongoing
• NP/PA Coverage: Physician Assistants (9a-9p, 11a-p)
• Back up specialties available: Anesthesia, General Surgery, Laboratory, Operating Room Response Time, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) must be American Heart Association
