Emergency Medicine - Minutes from Myrtle Beach

Employed practice seeks BE/BC Emergency Medicine physicians to join their team.

Position Details:

1. K-1 1099 position with very high earning potential.
2. 120 hours per month, 12-hour shifts.
3. Partnership offered immediately with no buy-in.
4. No proximity residency requirement.
5. Work in new freestanding Emergency Departments and hospital ER; options to work only in FSED considered.

Facility Information:

1. Main ER: 42 beds; additional FSEDs with 12 and 8 beds.
2. 50,000 annual ER visits; physicians see 1.8-2 patients per hour.
3. Very low transfer rate.
4. Level III trauma center with Chest Pain Center, STEMI program, and 24/7 Interventional Cardiology.
5. Closed ICU supported by Intensivists; Surgicalists on call.

Additional Details:

1. Open to both experienced physicians and new graduates.

3. EMR: Cerner with Dragon Dictation.
