Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC seeks emergency medicine physicians for our Seaside-area assignments to provide high-quality care in a busy ER setting. The role includes handling trauma, acute medical and surgical emergencies, and coordinating with the Medical Director for patient handoffs.

Shifts include nights and a mix of day coverage; travel, lodging, and malpractice coverage are provided. Active board certification in EM and current license are required, along with necessary certifications

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Active Oregon/CA? OR license required (as applicable).
• DEA license required.
• BLS/ACLS/ATLS/PALS/NRP certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency care to patients in a general ER setting.
• Perform intubations and other emergency procedures as needed.
• Manage patient volume of approximately 15 patients per day.
• Work a mix of day and night shifts, with majority of need on nights.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and pass patients to next physician at shift end.
