Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care to patients in a rural ER.
• Participate in 7-10 shifts scheduled monthly or bi-monthly.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure quality care.

We are actively seeking a full‑time Emergency Medicine Physician in Polacca, AZ to join our team!

Our contract assignments range from a minimum of 13 weeks to 1 year with the mutual option to extend, giving you the opportunity to broaden your horizons and choose a different adventure.

Indian Health Services AZ - Hopi Health Center- Polacca, Arizona: (ER Director will Interview and provide all details about ED, scheduling, expectations, etc)

• Max 7-Day Blocks
• 15-20k Volume/year

Hopi Details:

• Located 4 hours North of Phoenix this reservation is located in the Navajo Nation.
• We can schedule you for 7-10 shifts per month, every month, or every other month!
• Use ANY STATE LICENSE! Level-4, Rural ER!
• They have furnished onsite housing which costs about $30/night. 45 Day credentialing!
• Email for April-May date!

ER Physician Qualifications:

• ABEM / Residency Trained IM/FP
• BC is preferred
• Life Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
• MD/DO License: Active / Unrestricted and free of disciplinary actions
• DEA Unrestricted
