Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Must have Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA).

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine coverage across day, night and weekend shifts.
• Coordinate with APP coverage and hospital staff.
• Maintain board certification and BLS/DEA compliance.

This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Annual volume: 25,000

Physician shift times: Days, nights, and weekends; 24-hour physician coverage

NP/PA Coverage: APP coverage

Back up specialties available: Fully integrated with HCA Florida Gulf Coast; onsite CT, X-Ray, and Lab; FSED Affiliated with Gulf Coast Hospital (5 miles)

Certifications required: Must be Board Certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine, must have Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
